What Makes A Stock Go Up?
The easy answer is that there are more buyers today than sellers. The reasons for that vary.
At Wall Street Bloomers, we serve fresh stock picks daily. One of the ingredients we are looking for with any stock: Are insiders buying their own stock? Insider buying supports stocks more than you know. Insiders include a lot of people and not just the CEO. Remember, too, that each insider has family and friends and they all want in on the action. So a web of people begins to discreetly accumulate stock without dramatically pushing the price up. They buy just a little each day or each week. This lends tremendous support to a stock.
What we know from insider action is that they know something good that we don't know. That is when you are apt to receive the company as Stock Pick of the Day.
Other times, Bear Stearns and other institutions like them have decided it is prudent to pick up a whole sector. This gives support to an entire basket of stocks; the good, the bad and the ugly. Buying outweighs selling by a good bit and soon, it is off to the races.
These types of activities and many more cause the momentum of a stock to change from down to up. It may take a little time to tip the balance, but a rise is imminent. Next comes the press release which alerts the public to the good news.
Wall Street Bloomers gets the pick to you during the rising momentum phase when insiders are picking up shares on the sly. This strategy doesn't SOMETIMES work, it ALWAYS works. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than we expect but we generally find that insiders know what is happening in their company.
Stock market movement is not a random event. Nearly every move is calculated in advance. Most moves are planned to get the small investor out before the big rise so the insiders can have your shares. Market makers work very hard at that. Most of the time, we ARE out, having been shaken out by the insiders!
Wall Street Bloomers is here to keep you IN the game and to collect the big profits generally reserved for Wall Street Insiders!
